Sylvia Helen Brown-Williams, 83, of Cabot, passed away Wednesday, March 9, 2022.  She was born November 30, 2022 in Eminence, Missouri to the late William Earl and Silvia Lee Miller Underwood.  In addition to her parents, Sylvia was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Williams; grandson, Derek Balog and sister, Francis Rhideynor.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Glen Stransky, Kathy (Robert) Armstrong and Earnest F. (Lisa) Brown, Jr.; numerous beloved grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; sisters, Doris Mills and Cora Loretta Moses; brothers, William J. and Calvin Earle Underwood, as well as many extended family members and friends.
