Thomas Jason
Armstrong
Feb 14, 1978 — Aug 13, 2024
Thomas Jason Armstrong was born to Melanie and Tom Armstrong in Searcy, Arkansas on February 14, 1978, a day that happened to be his big sister's fourth birthday. Never was a son more cherished and he grew into the toughest little Mama's boy you ever saw. For most of his childhood shenanigans, you would find him with one of his cousins - Mike or Luke.
As an adult, Thomas, known to many as Jason, loved his family, spending time with friends, barbecuing with his best friend Brad, fishing, and riding his motorcycle. He continued his childhood love of comic books and video games throughout his life. His quick wit and great sense of humor kept his friends and family amused.
Thomas had a love for the Lord and a knowledge of the Word and could talk endlessly about it. He instilled this in his family and was a man who wasn't afraid to raise his hands up in praise and worship or pray with others.
His greatest accomplishment and his greatest joy was his daughter, Lola Marie Armstrong. Words fail to contain the love he had for her. She was his everything. They were the greatest of buddies spending time together constantly playing video games, pranking each other, creating their own videos, exploring, and just enjoying being in each other's presence.
Thomas's earthly life ended on August 13, 2024 following an accident, but his heavenly life is eternal.
Thomas was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Armstrong, and his grandparents Harry and Lola Armstrong, Carolyn Huttig, and Jack Webb. He is survived by his mother, Melanie Armstrong, daughter Lola Armstrong and Lola's mother Krystne Armstrong, sister Angie Jones (Eric) of Cabot, sister Kristal Armstrong of Searcy, and brother Jesse Huttig of Searcy, many nieces and nephews, extended family, and friends.
Thomas's life will be celebrated with a visitation beginning at 5:00 p.m., Monday, August 19, 2024 and the service to follow at 6:00 p.m. at Moore's Cabot Funeral Home, 501-843-5816.
