Virginia Kay Poe, 71, of Cabot, passed away Wednesday, June 28, 2023.  She was born May 13, 1952 in Healdsburg, California to Thomas Charles and Verba Lee Standridge McGee.  Virginia attended Bible College in Eugene, Oregon.  She worked for Ford Motor Credit for twenty-eight years.  In her spare time, she enjoyed puzzles, camping and sewing.  Her greatest joy was spending time with her family.  In addition to her father, Virginia was preceded in death by her husband, John Poe.

Left to cherish her memory and to miss dearly are her children, Adam, Wayne, Stephanie and Travis Poe; eight grandchildren, Madelyn Hawley, Molly, Cameron, Ethan, Mileena and Kale Poe, Kemandrell and Kemarri Hamilton; two great-grandchildren, Emersyn and Barrett Hawley; mother, Verba Lee McGee; sister, Joyce Medak, as well as many extended family members and friends.
