Virginia "Sandra" Williams, 80, of Little Rock, passed away Monday, May 1, 2023. She was born September 24, 1942 in Cherry Hill, Arkansas to the late Kenneth and Jirl Dean Taylor Maxwell. Sandra worked for Porterville Shelter Workshop for many years. Family was everything to her and she was the most giving person. In addition to her parents, Sandra was preceded in death by her sister, Anetta Maxwell.

Those left to miss her dearly are her children, Bill Cowan, Sharon Cowan, Leigh Ann Chastain and Tiffany Nahas; two sons-in-law, Dewey Chastain and Nick Nahas; thirteen grandchildren; twenty-eight great-grandchildren; two great great-grandchildren; sister, Patsy Loretta Bollinger, as well as many extended family members and friends.
