William Robert (Bob) Jackson, 84, of Cabot, passed away Friday, February 5, 2021.  He was born December 21, 1936 in Dyersburg, Tennessee to the late Johnny Harrison and Elizabeth (Dawson) Jackson.  Bob was an operating engineer by trade and a member of Operating Engineers Local 382.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by son, James Michael (Jimmy) Jackson.

Survivors include his wife of sixty-two years, Mary L. Jackson; daughter, Karen (Thomas) Halley; sons, Robert William (Stephanie) Jackson and John Jackson; five grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren and brother, Dennis Jackson.
