CMSgt William "Bill" Ford, Ret. USAF, passed away September 25, 2023.  He was 80 years old. Bill was born in Rumford, Maine on August 31, 1943 to Earl "Dana" Noyes and Mary Melanie Arsenault Noyes. He was a proud veteran of the USAF, serving during Vietnam War and reaching the rank of Chief Master Sergeant with 30 years of service. After his military retirement, Bill worked for Sears as a small engine mechanic and worked at the bus depot for PCSSD. He was a member of St. Jude's Catholic Church in Jacksonville. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Edward Ford, and his wife of 58 years, Norma Dean Thibodeaux Ford, the love of his life.

He is survived by his daughter, Melanie (Bill) Riordan; son, Jason (Gulay) Ford; sister, Barbara Worthing; brother, Percy Ford; two grandsons and seven great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be at Moore's Cabot Funeral Home on Wednesday, October 4, 2023 from 5:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at St. Jude the Apostle Catholic Church on Thursday, October 5, 2023 at 9:30 a.m. with interment following at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock.  Arrangements by Moore's Cabot Funeral Home, 501-843-5816.
