William Owen Garner, 65, of Cabot passed away Saturday, November 6, 2021. He was born August 5, 1956 in Altus, Oklahoma to the late Robert E. And Louise M. Milligan Garner. Mr. Garner served his country in the United States Army.

William is survived by his daughter, Kira Garner Geer (David) and a brother, Robert Garner, Jr.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 16, 2021 in the chapel of Moore's Cabot Funeral Home. Burial with military honors will follow at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock.
