William "Bill" Joe Mooney, 69, of Cabot, Arkansas passed away Saturday, May 24, 2025. He was born February 7, 1956, in Denver, Colorado to the late Joseph Errol and Margaret June (Ellis) Mooney. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Robert and Richard Mooney.

Billy was raised in Pueblo Colorado. Shortly after graduating high school, he became a professional truck driver and developed a love for the open road. In 1993, he met the love of his life, Marsha, and they married after 18 short days. They spent 31+ years of marriage together. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. Bill was dedicated to his family and friends and will be deeply missed by all that knew him.

He is survived by his wife, Marsha Mooney; children, Chris (Beka) Mooney, Janetta Medeles, Crystal (Tim) Schwartz, and Michael (Jessica) Ford; brother, Bruce (Linda) Mooney; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews; and his beloved dog, Coco.
