William Leon Phillips, 82, of Cabot, passed away Tuesday, January 19, 2021.  He was born February 7, 1938 in Sylvan Hills to the late William and Catherine Libby (Staley) Phillips.  Bill was a long-time golfer and fisherman.  He became a pretty good cook and was an avid Razorback fan.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Betty Anderson.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Jewel "Dean" Phillips; children, Melissa Diane (Kenneth) Herndon and Preston Coy (April) Phillips; four grandchildren, Sarah Phillips, Lane Phillips, Kody Herndon and Shelby Herndon; sister, Barbara (Nicky) Worrell; brother, Charles "Roy" Phillips, as well as many friends.
